This section is under construction and will shortly contain links to a variety of resources for our members. Some of these are already partially active at an external site.
On this site there will shortly be a range of resources including:
A passworded resource site for members only online:
- "How to do" sheets. Advice sheets on easy compliance
with NOS and other standards.
- Sample forms and handouts for use with clients.
- Sample session planning forms to help new therapists plan sessions and courses of assistance.
- Sample relaxation and healing "scripts" for your reference
- Access to an advice email system for professional questions and enquiries.
- Sample MP3 recordings for sessions and reference
- Set up a free webmail facility for your practice

- The care2 site is part of our committment to charitable contribution since a percentage of all advertising revenues on the site go to charity. All the SHTC services on the Care2 site are free to use. You will need to follow the simple instructions to set up your (free) Care2 account and email.
- Help make your business email and internet use "carbon neutral"

- Each member will have the option of a free webpage
for
their practice on our sites. These will need to meet our guidelines for
advertising. This enables you to have an effective online presence.
This also ensures that members of the public can check that you are
registered, insured and monitored by the Society by checking your
online presence. A dedicated website is being designed so that you can each have your own dedicate presence online.
- Access to (charged for) supervision. This will be
provided
according to individual needs as identified in the NOS you adhere to.
This facility will expand as additional accredited supervisors come
online.
- Logos, Banners and Kite Marks that you can use
(subject to
adherence to the simple rules) on stationary and websites to show
professional membership, monitoring and NOS committment.
- Additional website presences: this site is the low graphics version which is updated most frequently. The .com version is the high graphics version. A further site will deal exclusively with members webpages.
