We have professional therapists covering practices all over the United Kingdom. Different professionals operate at different bases. We thus operate a network of caring professionals who together provide a support structure ready to help you.

 

Once you contact us, your enquiry will be forwarded to the therapist for your area. That therapist will then provide information on themselves and their qualifications, registrations etc.

 

ALL our professionals are qualified, registered and insured and are screened to the best of our abilities.

We support the following and advise clients to look for:

 

• Adherence to National Occupational Standards for therapies provided.

• Nationally Accredited Qualifications according to Nationally Recognised Standards. Either the qualification itself should be accredited on the QCA framework, or the awarding body should be itself fully accredited to provide awards. Examples include University degrees from accredited Universities, NVQ accreditation, ASET Qualifications.
  

• Professional Insurance covering the full range of therapies provided.
  

• Commitment to Ongoing Professional Development training and accreditation. Not just a qualification earned years and years ago!
  

• Ability to address issues using a range of techniques, not just one stand alone therapy. This has been considered good practice for many years.

 

Main Therapists:

 

Overall the main two therapists are Denise and Paul. In other areas, as mentioned above, trusted colleagues are used. Denise and Paul travel to many of the bases listed, the others being covered by colleagues. All colleagues have access to supervision from Paul on demand.

 

Paul is the Senior therapist and has been in practice for over 12 years. He is an accredited NVQ Trainer and Assessor with a long term record as an accredited supervisor. He is also an accredited Hypnosis trainer. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the promotion of Health, a Fellow of the Institute of Health Promotion and Education and is professionally registered and insured. He also does substantial pastoral work, being a multifaith minister and a Professor of Studies at an international Interfaith Seminary. Paul provides Life Coaching, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Clinical Psychotherapy, Clinical Counselling, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Social Work Advocacy, Anger Management, Stress Management, Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy, Pastoral Counselling, Healing Martial Arts, Lifestyle Coaching. Paul has been assessed in real practice over 2 years achieving an industry diploma and an NVQ Level IV in Training & Development (to TDLB Standards) in the industrial context of the above work. He is also dedicated to ongoing professional development, achieving ASET awards to Levels 3 or 4 on an ongoing basis in most of the above.

 

Denise is Paul's wife and colleague. She is a Nutritional Therapist, Crystal Healer, Counsellor, Ayurveda practitioner, Herbalist and Healer. She holds a number of diplomas in Ayurveda, Crystal (gemstone) healing (including Kinesiology, colour therapy, dowsing etc), Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy, Counselling, Hypnotherapy. Like Paul she is dedicated to ongoing professional development, achieving ASET awards to levels 3 or 4 on an ongoing basis in most of the above areas.

 

Both therapists adhere to all appropriate National Occupational Standards including those for Hypnotherapy and Counselling. Both are dedicated to ongoing professional development. Both are using the newly available ASET awards to verify their abilities to Nationally Accredited Standards. 

(ASET are recognised in the U.K by the Department for Education and Skills (DfEs), Learning Skills Council (LSC) and the Qualifications & Curriculum Authority (QCA) and thus the qualification is accredited by the QCA in England, by the CCEA (Council for the Curriculum Examinations and Assessment) in Northern Ireland and by the ACCAC (The Qualifications, Curriculum and Assessment Authority) in Wales. ASET are recognised to provide awards to the NQF (National Qualifications Framework).)

We are currently checking adherence to over 20 more National Occupational Standards, but are careful to ensure compliance before claiming to follow them.
