How
does anger management work?
Underlying reasons are addressed
with psychotherapy and life
coaching principles. Also relaxation therapy may be useful in many
cases. The
award winning "Stress Pack" is often used in conjunction with face to
face session, which are 1:1 with clients.
Positive visualisation,
psychotherapy and NLP are usually used
to change states and emotional feelings in those "danger" situations
where previously stress or anger feelings might have increased.
Reactions to triggers are often
changed through role play, NLP,
Anger Management, visualisation or psychotherapy techniques.
