Abuse Counselling
Abuse is an
unfortunately common factor in life today. There are many forms
of abuse. Whether it is the victim, perpetrator or a witness
being assisted, there is a good chance of improvement with
therapy.
Counselling,
Psychotherapy, self help and where appropriate hypnotherapy can
be effective in treating the symptoms of a history or environment
of abuse.
Therapy
should deal with the entire topic in a holistic way, the events,
aftermath and consequences.
Personal
therapy face to face is very important, and
for those people not able to talk about their experiences, or not
within reach of a local counsellor, a healing hypnotherapy tape
may prove useful (tapes).
